I've been working on something new and I wanted to make sure you heard about it first.
This spring I'm launching S.W.E.T. Club - a small group training program for athletes 12+ who are ready to move better, react faster and dominate in their field.
โก Introducing: S.W.E.T. Club
S.W.E.T. Club brings together 4 - 6 athletes who train better when the people around them are just as driven. Expect focused coaching, dialled in sprint mechanics and the kind of competitive energy that makes you dig deeper than you ever would solo. Twice a week for 8 sessions of high-intensity work designed to perfect your mechanics and shatter your personal records.
Program Details:

- ๐ Tues at 6:00-7:15 pm & Sat at 10:45am-12:00 pm
- ๐ Location: Macron
- โฑ 8 sessions total
- ๐ค Age: 12+
- ๐ฅ Minimum 4 athletes to run, maximum 6. Spots are first come, first serve
- ๐ฐ $480 per athlete ($60/session)+GST
- ๐จโ๐งโ๐ฆ Sibling discount: 10% off each additional athlete from the same family ($432/athlete+GST)
- โ ๏ธ Payment-in-full and signed waiver due by March 12th
This is the same results-driven approach as 1:1, built for people who thrive in a competitive, team-oriented environment.
Please note: missed sessions are not made up, so come ready to commit to all 8. Full refund issued if the minimum of 4 athletes is not met by March 12th

- Payment and signed waiver must be received in full by March 12th to secure your spot
